How we protect you on a first order

  • A sample from the lot we intend to buy for you, with its NABL lab certificate, before you pay for an order
  • The option to pay 50% in advance and 50% before dispatch once an inspector you appoint has passed the lot
  • Photographs of your packed lot and cartons before dispatch
  • A labelled retention sample kept from every lot, for any quality claim
  • Third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas or similar) welcome, at your cost
  • For orders above USD 5,000, an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight

Our policies

Samples
250–500 g with the lab report. Free for qualified buyers (a registered food business that shares its company website and expected order size); courier at cost, refunded against your first order.
Claims
Within 14 days of arrival, with dated photographs and the batch code. We check against our retention sample. Confirmed weight or grade shortfalls are credited against your next order or refunded within 14 days; if a lot fails the agreed specification on an accredited lab test at destination, we replace or refund the affected quantity.
Price validity
Our price list states its validity date; proforma invoices are valid for 7 days.
Photos on this website
Some product photos are licensed stock images for illustration. Once we ship, photos of our own lots will be marked "Our lot".

Test us with a sample and a trial lot.

Every sample comes from the lot we intend to buy for you, with its lab report. For our first five buyers, the lot fee on your first order is credited against your second.
